Kaye and her team did an excellent job of handling the sale of one property and buying another. My wife was struggling with the steps at our home built on pilings. Kaye found a buyer before we listed. She found us a zero entry home being built. These are our winter homes so we were not there for this. We were kept informed throughout the process. She even got some of the items from the old house that we wanted and stored them until the new home was ready. She attended the inspections as the house was being built as well as an independent inspection and the final walk through. Kaye or her team were always available to answer questions. They also gave us options for insurance companies that we were not aware of. It was a very smooth and easy process even though we were over a thousand miles away. Their market knowledge, communication and professionalism was excellent.

She has been in the area for years and definitely knows her stuff. She showed my wife and I several properties and discussed the pros and cons of each. When it came time to purchase the property we selected, Kaye helped us with all of the details and even had recommendations for contractors and local businesses to help with repairs. Eventually it was time to sell that property so we called Kaye and she and her team got the property listed and on the market within a week. She was very active marketing the property and getting it seen by potential buyers. When the right buyer came along, Kaye and her team made the process simple with E sign documents and emails so we only had to come down one time to remove any personal items from the property and hand over the keys. I would definitely use her for the next purchase (and sale) of any Gulf County property.

We originally bought the house we just sold from Kaye Haddock. The process was very easy, we got the house for the price we wanted with some good negotiations by Kaye to get to the closing. We just sold it, as we wanted to shift our focus to another property of ours. We are sad to see the beautiful house we renovated go, but I'm sure that house will be in good hands with its new owners.
