Incredible agent from start to finish!

We met Kaye Dee 7 years ago when we walked into her office next to the park in downtown Paso Robles. From the moment we met her, her knowledge of the area, her professionalism and communication was top-notch. She knew that having us as her clients was a little bit more of a long haul situation. When we were ready to start looking, Kaye Dee showed us homes that we had seen on the Internet, but because of her knowledge of the area and market, none of those homes worked out. She then took us to a home that was over budget. She just wanted us to see it, we fell in love with it, of course. With her skillful negotiation and knowledge of current market conditions, we were able to get the house within budget. The transaction was definitely unusual and she stayed the course and never let left us hanging.She has been over the top helpful with our move as we are coming from two hours away. She has met with housekeepers and other vendors to make our experience a little bit easier. I’ve worked with many other realtors in my life and Kaye Dee is the best. Her knowledge of Paso Robles is unmatched.
