Kaye was extremely helpful to me during the purchase of my first home! She was available to answer my questions via email or text almost immediately, and even much later than regular "business hours." Rarely did I have to wait for a response. She was often able to show me homes on a last-minute notice, and would set up showings for other listings within minutes of finding something else that interested me. There were a few occasions we would see one house, I would not LOVE it, and she would immediately set up a showing for something else I was interested in, and we would leave to see the other showing within minutes. Kaye was knowledgeable and honest about the safety of any area, and upon expressing any concerns for a location, was immediately able to suggest another place to look. Any time I needed to sign paperwork or hand over a check, she was willing to meet at a time and location that was convenient for me. She even met me at my work once, all I had to do was step outside! Kaye was very helpful, in that, I almost signed on a property and she could tell there was doubt in my mind...she let me know that while of course she would like to make a sale, she would also rather help me find the house of my dreams, one that I would be truly excited about. So I decided to wait, and finally did find the right home for me! There was also a situation that I had with a mortgage broker, and when I expressed my concerns to Kaye, she was willing to suggest someone from another company to help me with the loan process (who also did an excellent job, so that's another reason to go with Kaye - she knows a GREAT guy...) Kaye was very patient with all my first-time home buyer questions/concerns, and even down to signing the contract she was able to patiently answer any questions and explain any doubts I had. I would highly recommend Kaye to anyone who is purchasing a home, she will do an excellent job!
