Kaye Barber

Kaye was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Selling a home can be stressful, but she was there every step of the way with knowledge, encouragement, and sound advice. She was always responsive when I had questions or concerns and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for everything Kaye did to help get my home sold and to the closing table. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely caring real estate agent.

Kaye was very professional and knowledgeable, kept us updated on everything we needed to complete for the sale of our property. Any questions or concerns, Kaye was able to answer and her response was in a timely and positive manner. Highly recommend her for all real estate needs.

Kaye is the best! She is not only knowledgeable about the area as well as the market she is professional and communicative. She was always willing to go above and beyond for us to find the perfect home and sell ours as well. I would highly recommend Kaye. She has worked with us several times now and if I needed a realtor again she would be my first call. We looked at many many homes as we wanted something very specific. Kaye was always patient with us, sent us ideas, and treated my family like family. Kaye is now a family friend and not just our realtor!

Kaye knew the market and what I was looking for, from my initial contact till my moving into my new home took less than a month! Couldn’t have been happier with results, My grandkids loved her too!

Kaye always got me showings available as soon as i called. She is very nice and had all the knowledge about buying a new home. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor!
