There was some confusion as to what the buyers mortgage company's requirements were, which resulted in my giving the buyer a larger seller's credit than what I probably should have, but in the end the sale was completed successfully and on-time. Kaycee does offer good value and service with her reduced listing fee and was more than wiling to show me properties to purchase as I wanted to buy another property to replace this one once sold. Phenomenal to work with! KayCee helped us find the perfect house for what we wanted and needed. She was extremely friendly and we were very glad we had her as our agent!
