I am a remote landlord and need someone who can do everything for me. Kayce is that agent! She has found me excellent, well qualified tenants two times. She got the unit cleaned, did showings, negotiated the rent and helped the new tenant get settled. I can’t say enough nice things about her. When it comes time to sell she will be my agent and I know she will be terrific.
