Kay was excellent! We live in FL so she had to handle all the visits for my daughter.

This was truly a difficult situation since we had a very difficult time securing a mortgage. She worked with our lender on many occassions to answer questions about the property. It took three months of dealing with the lender in MI while we stayed in FL. She handled everything to make our life much easier. Even now, after closing, she continues to work on solutions to make the move in for our daughter much easier.
