The fact that Kay lived in Bella Vita helped...
The fact that Kay lived in Bella Vita helped tremendously because she knew all the ins and outs of transferring hoa , etc. She made the transaction as easy for me as she could and took care of arranging the repairs and new carpet and met them on site so i didn't miss work. Greatly appreciated.
