Kay went above and beyond for us. We live on the West Coast and were in Nashville to visit our daughter who had just used Kay to purchase her home. We were going to eventually relocate and gave Kay our parameters in housing as we wanted a single floor livable home. She found a home under construction where Kay had as do a 'walk about'. It was perfect. There were major decisions we needed to make in reference to colors and faucets and sinks and Kay was there for every decision while we were 3,000 miles away. If everyone in Rocky Mount is like Kay Owen then we are moving to a wonderful community

Kay was my daughter’s agent when she purchased a home in 2019. She was so helpful in finding them the perfect home and walking them through the process, we decided to contact her to look at homes in the area where we could retire. We found the perfect home! The home was finished on the outside but not inside. With COVID and us living in another state, making the finishing decisions was difficult but Kay was helpful at every step. She was invaluable helping us communicate to the builder and following up at every step to make sure things were done on time and correctly.

Kay was very responsive and very knowledgable. Very patient with young home buyers new to the home buying world. She never lead us wrong when things got complicated, and did a lot of things that I’m sure aren’t part of her job description to make our experience easier and better. Highly recommend. I’d give her 6 stars for the extra effort if I could!
