The Trulia rep connected me to Kay and she immediately went to work for us. Kay is very professional and has a great personal touch. She grew up in the Milledgeville area and knows it and lake Sinclair like the back of her hand. She got to know me and my wife and really listened to what we wanted out of this purchase. Throughout the searching, touring, contracting and closing, Kay was always there for us and never complained about my questions at odd hours. At closing, I accidentally created a small problem that could have delayed the transaction. Once Kay arrived and heard the problem, she solved it immediately. If you are looking for a realtor that really knows Milledgeville and Lake Sinclair, I don't think you'll find anyone that will work harder or smarter than Kay McGiboney.
