Kay is extremely knowledgeable about the local marketplace and all aspects of bringing a home to market. She priced our home extremely well with great forethought and knowledge in a fast-moving marketplace. Kay is also extremely well respected for her integrity and work ethic. We had home repairs done extremely quickly and with high quality because of Kay's network of suppliers. They think the world of her and are willing to move quickly and with high quality. She has worked with many of her contacts for years and over and over again they said "I'll do anything Kay asks me to as fast as possible - she's so great to work with". She was also extremely accessible, helpful and worked very hard to make sure that the the experience was fantastic for both the seller and the buyer. Kay is a terrific, trusted partner.
