Kay was very professional, appropriately assertive and proactive. She was very knowledgeable and relayed information in an easy to follow manner at each stage of the selling process. My intent is to have her assist me in the purchase of another home. Her expertise will be paramount in that effort.

Khatol Durrani is the best realtor I have ever been with, when I met her the fist time she told me she was going to work for me and she did. She is very serious with her job as a realtor. She advised me about the importance of being a home owner, With her negotiation power she was able to get the best house for my family and the Price that we were looking for. She is very prompt in responding and very good in explaining everything in detailed. She was there for me until the closing, I will say she is an angel. She is very kind and above all very respectful. Pastor William.
