Kay is a 10/10! Her knowledge is well beyond being a superb real-estate agent. She knows the ins and outs of the entire Jacksonville market. She can guide you not only in home buying, but everything else in between to settle down and create a home. She demonstrates the utmost respect for her clients and her professionalism is spot on. She treats you like family! Always responding to calls or emails in a timely fashion, promptly completing any paperwork, and kindly reminding us of important deadlines. Aside from her being the best realtor I have had the opportunity to work with, she was a genuinely great person. She had so much knowledge about the surrounding area, what to do, where to eat, sports, schools, etc. She is personable and honest, something that seems rare these days. I can't thank her and praise her enough. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Jacksonville area. Kay is the way if you want to make a home and not just buy a house!!
