I cannot say enough great things about Kay. I feel incredibly lucky that she was recommended to my brother and I when our mother passed away and we were tasked with selling her home. From the moment we were in contact with her, we felt at ease. We knew there was someone looking out for our best interests. We had a massive task ahead of us as neither of us lived in close proximity to our mother's home. We also had a monumental challenge because our mother was quite the collector. Kay knew exactly who to contact to help us organize, clear, and clean the house. In addition, Kay was able to be there for inspections and any of those last minute things if we couldn't be there. She guided us with care from start to finish. Kay was in constant communication with us, returned all texts in a very timely fashion, and was professional at all times. She knows the market, she knows her stuff, and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend her.
