Kay was also very up front about many things, guiding us in things to look for, what kinds of issues to keep an eye on, etc. We never felt misled, and in fact, we felt completely taken care of. After closing, her and husband took our family out for dinner (a wonderful surprise), and even had some cute plaques sent to the house as a house warming gift.
