As a first-time home buyer, it was reassuring to have someone like Katy to help me navigate the process. In addition to her real estate expertise, I appreciated Katy's calm and relatable demeanor - she was very easy to communicate with and took my needs seriously, including some requested COVID protocols. I especially liked the time she took upfront to educate me on the current market, the end-to-end process and the mountain of paperwork I had to sign. Is 6 stars possible? Katy is so fantastic. We expected that being a first-time home buyer in this year’s market would be a stressful time but Katy guided us through every step of the way, answered all of our questions, anticipated our needs, and made sure we were set up for success!! In just under a month and a half of looking we found the most beautiful home to fit our needs, under asking price, along with some incredible negotiations (seriously). I highly recommend her if you are searching for a home. She has an eye and ear for detail and is extremely knowledgeable. She put our minds at ease. Thank you Katy!!!
