My wife and I have bought and sold, through other real estate agents, at least a dozen houses. Some have been good, some have been mediocre, and some have been a regrettable experience. However, we accidentally “stumbled“ upon Katy Kelly while we were frustrstedley working with other agents to find a home in the villages. Holy cow, what an amazing experience buying a house with Katie Kelly was!!!! I have no doubt that she was juggling other clients at the time we met her, but she made us feel as though we were her only and most important client . She gave us excellent advice throughout the negotiation process, and we closed on what we think was a pretty good deal. She continued to help us even after the closing. For example, the inspection turned up a handful of things that needed to be fixed. We left THE VILLAGES to head to our home in Minnesota just a day or two after the closing. She contacted Contractors and handyman to fix all of those items and kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. Even though we were 1500 miles away at the time the repairs were needed, and even though the sale had closed, she went back to the house for us, so that somebody would be there when the repairs were being made. In our view, she went above and beyond and her service level is absolutely above and beyond that of any other realtor we ever worked with. My wife and I will recommend Katie to friends, families, acquaintances... Anybody.
