I loved having Katy as our realtor when buying our new house. Buying a house is very stressful and Katy was there every step of the way. There were times while filling out papers for financial stuff she calmed me down and walked me through what needed to be done. She is personable and will work hard to make sure you get what you want. Katy helped me go through a new build process. She went to all of the meetings and provided advice and input. It was good to have her help me through the process since it was a totally new experience for me. If there was ever anything that we both didn't know, then she would research the concern and get back to me. I liked having an agent there assisting me with the new build process since she was able to look out for my interests.
