Best decision we ever made. Katy was open and honest, she listened to us. Everything was so easy and communication was great at all times. We couldn’t be where we are today without her and all her hard work. 2 months, and over the holidays!

Katy was AWESOME! She was able to help us find a home in a short amount of time (was trying to get into home before school started in mid August -- started looking in June and found home early in July). She is honest and up front with any and all issues. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help in finding a place to live.

Katy is really easy to work with and actually listens to you. She tried very hard to get to know me and my family in an effort to assist us with the process. I was separated from my wife and kids and Katy was great guiding my wife through properties via videos call. She put up with a lot dealing with our situation and held her outstanding demeanor when dealing with some very difficult sellers.
