Working with Katy can only be described as incredibly awesome. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. She made me feel like family working with her and I felt that everything was always in complete control. When there was a hiccup in the process she walked me through it so that it seemed as if there were no problems at all. I would recommend Katy to anyone interested in selling their home only if they wanted a complete professional that is extremely knowledgeable about her profession. It was a joy working with her.

Katy helped us find a condo in the midtown area 6 years ago. She was professional, personable, organized and attentive to details. Would highly recommend her, and would use her again if the need arose.

Katy was our agent as we searched for and purchased a house in the Kansas City area. Her patience and understanding was phenomenal as we looked at pretty much every suburb in the area. Once we found the perfect location and house for us, she took the reins with negotiating and since we were moving in from out of town stood in for us during the inspection and repair period. I would highly recommend her - she loves her job and it shows!!

My husband and I bought our first house with Katy almost 5 years ago, only 9 months after moving to the area from NC. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and we wanted to look at a lot of houses. Katy was very patient with us and was also wonderful at being able to figure out what problems a house might have before we made an offer and had to pay for an inspection (my husband is pretty handy and works in the concrete industry, so he could identify some issues as well, but Katy's knowledge of the area and of the problems common to different types of homes in this area was invaluable). Katy was also great at guiding us through the inspection and negotiation process, saving us thousands of dollars, ensuring that necessary repairs were completed (and she handled it all in such a way that we are still friends with the sellers, who live 3 doors down from us). We love our house and would not want anyone other than Katy to represent us if we decide to sell our buy again.
