Katy is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She went the extra mile to make sure I understood all documents. She was also on top of my lender to make sure things went through smoothly, because midway through a different person within the lender group took over my loan and I almost fell through the cracks. We found the house we wanted on Zillow,Katy got us in immediately to see it,although the place was rough it is in an incredible location so we offered the asking price. Our offer was accepted and things went smoothly till the walk through. The owners were trying to refuse to clean out junk. Up to this point we didn't really need Katy to do much,but at this point she was all action and everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Katy is a fantastic realtor who listens to what you need and does her best to help get there. I would highly recommend her for either side of the sale.
