I’ve known Katrina for years and knew when my wife and I were ready to sell our townhouse and buy a new house she would be our choice for a realtor. We went in to this knowing the market was crazy and we’re unsure of where it even when to start. Katrina’s knowledge and understanding of what the interest rates were going to do helped to push us in the right direction for starting our home buying/selling process. Even though the market was crazy Katrina kept working to get us a house we would truly love. She even went the extra mile and got our offer letter submitted on Mothers Day! When it came time to sell our old house she was patient with us while we dragged our feet a bit emptying the old house but once we listed she got it sold in what felt like the blink of an eye! I cannot recommend Katrina enough if you are looking to buy and/or sell your home.
