Katrina was an outstanding realtor who went above & beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible as we closed on our dream house. She was available at all times and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, especially as people who had not ever purchased in Colorado before and needed to understand all the requirements. Not only was Katrina incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate, she consistently displayed a positive attitude and calmness. She welcomed us with coffee & food to give us our keys and presented us with the best closing gift I've ever received. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with Katrina and we would absolutely be using her for any future home purchase.
