Working with Katrina exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the process at all. Katrina helped me guided me and explained everything in details. This review doesn't give Katrina enough credit for the above and beyond work she has done for me. I'm in the process of selling my property and had a terrible contractor that constantly delay the finish of my home. I felt stuck but Katrina is extremely resourceful and resilient. When she tells you "don't stress, I got this handled for you", she really means it! I fired my contractor and Katrina helped me screen several options and pushed them to finish remodeling my property in just a few days! This really goes to show that she genuinely cares about you and your property. I have never seen someone work so hard for a client.
