Katrina was the best, courteous,kind and had my back. She knew that I had lost 5k from a contract from prior house in SCS (swift creek south), so I believe she wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly, and nothing to fail. She made sure I had a warranty on all appliances, and heat/air because of this being a older home, and got another warranty for any repairs that might be needed on roof, so she covered my back on everything, and negotiated/bartered with seller by leaving some furniture in lieu of fixing some window repairs that were needed. She saved me a lot of headaches, and if she did have an answer to something she knew to direct me onto who could answer the questions. Her housing assistant Brenda, was the best also, I commend this group of realtors, and in todays market, they are few and far between. Meeting Katrina at an open house was the result of an unexpected and quick sale. We immediately felt very comfortable with her and explained that we were there only to see what the area had to offer with the idea of returning to find a home the following year. She understood and agreed to show us some homes that fit our criteria but we found the perfect deal that was too good to pass up. When I purchased my home I was living across the states so I needed someone that was knowledgeable about the steps and processes, as well as a great communicator since I could not be there.
