As a first time home buyer I was very cautious in choosing a realtor and wanted to make sure I made the right decision. I wanted someone to work with me and find a home based on my needs and would be able to move quickly. Katrina has proven me right and has made my home buying experience a breeze and very stress free. She was able to show me the homes that I wanted to see around my busy schedule. She was there to answer my phone calls and reply to my emails surprisingly quickly. All of my questions had answers and I never felt stranded during my home buying process. I would definitely use Katrina as my realtor again and would highly recommend.
