I sold my third house with Katja!

I sold my third house with Katja and again didn't get disappointed. As usual she was highly reliable and took care of all of my affaires even of those that don't actually belong to a realtor's duties. Especially during the current pandemic and its difficulties selling a house it was so important to me she had my best interests in mind. I am living in Germany therefore I wasn't able to foresee or take care of any of the selling process on my own. Whether it was the handling of cleaning, repairing or administrative issues, Katja went out of her way to help and organise. She's always been very friendly but keeps a professional tone at the same time. We had a couple of buyers cancel the contract due to several reasons but Katja never got impatient. On the contrary she even got me a better deal with another buyer. If you need a reliable and trustworthy realtor, Katja is your best bet!!!! Her knowledge is more than profound and sophisticated. I would always buy and sell with her anytime.
