The process was very smooth and understandable for someone like me who is not necessarily savvy with the housing market. This was my second house I sold with Katja. I am from Germany thus couldn't be physically present during the whole selling process relying solely on her as my realtor and confidant. Whereas my first sale with Katja went very smooth - thanks to her overall professional working attitude - this one was another story. Due to external hindrances thrown in our way that we had no influence upon such as city permissions and other administrative hurdles, it took almost 3 months to close and I lost quite some nerves in the meantime.
