Katja did a wonderful job assisting me with the purchase of my home. After looking at 3 previous homes and consulting with her regarding my wants and needs, we located the home that I purchased. The process was very smooth and understandable for someone like me who is not necessarily savvy with the housing market. Outside of the difficulty that I had with a large banking outfit, everything went how I hoped it would. Katja gave me the lead on a great lender as well once I experienced issues securing my loan. This was my second house I sold with Katja. I am from Germany thus couldn't be physically present during the whole selling process relying solely on her as my realtor and confidant. Whereas my first sale with Katja went very smooth - thanks to her overall professional working attitude - this one was another story. Due to external hindrances thrown in our way that we had no influence upon such as city permissions and other administrative hurdles, it took almost 3 months to close and I lost quite some nerves in the meantime. Not so Katja. She professionally kept her calm, handled any situation in a highly professional and friendly manner with always my best interests in mind.
