Spring 2022 has been a challenging real estate market for buyers and Katie demonstrated why having an exceptional real estate agent is critical. She had a strong understanding of the market to help us make smart pricing/offer strategy decisions to actually win the house in a competitive environment. It's not all strategy though, she had critical relationships to ensure we moved smoothly to closing.
