Katie was with me every step of the way, and always did her part to make buying my first house as easy as possible. I had a lot of questions and she was always available to answer them. Katie was always very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I can not praise Kathryn enough for everything she has done for us. When we first started looking for a house, real estate agents would show us a house but not treat us like anything more than a waste of time. She treated us with respect from the very start and took the time to make sure we found a home we loved. I can sometimes be very anxious in stressful situations, like buying my first home, but she was patient and willing to answer any questions I may have that she could. If it was a questions she didn't have the resources to answer, she directed me to the person who would. She always got back to me very quickly if I text her, or if she could not accept my call. The best thing I can say about her is she is respectful, thoughtful, and patient on top of being incredibly good at her job. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to help us.
