Katie was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and assertive when she needed to be. We felt completely comfortable having her represent us and can't imagine being in more capable hands. She handled the bumps that come up during the buying process with grace and class while still representing our interests and was able to offer very valuable insights into buying in a competitive market.
