My husband and I just bought our first home, and Katie was so great through the whole process!  We appreciated how down to earth she was and that she really got a feel for what we were looking for. She was always responsive and quick to text us back while working with the other parties involved. Lastly, being first time home buyers, we appreciated her expertise in finding the right price to put an offer at. We ended up getting the house for a lot less than we were willing to pay, so that was a huge win. Overall, we had an awesome experience working with Katie - even through all the craziness of COVID-19!
