Katie Tapolcai was an excellent person to work with. She was very helpful in both making suggestions as well as helping to improve the presentation of my home. She is very knowledgeable about the market trends. She communicated with me regularly. She responded quickly to any missed calls or texts. She was very concerned about what I wanted to do. Katie is a wonderful person to work with.

Amazing is really the only word to describe Katie. This is our second time using Katie and she gives top notch service. She was always available. We purchased our home out of state so knowing Katie was there to tour homes for us really put us at ease. We couldn’t be happier with our home and of course Katie!

We were first time home sellers and Katie walked us through the whole process. She is beyond knowledgeable and makes sure every detail is perfect and explains all scenarios that could potentially happen. Her communication is top notch. Never a moment where we didn't get an instant reply. We felt incredibly secure and knew we had chose the right person. We also used Katie to buy our new home which was a "new build" and what an awesome experience as well. She came to all our meetings, made sure to communicate with our finance team and was just an AMAZING person to have with us through the process. Katie is not only nice, polite and full of knowledge, she's determined to get you the best deal and make sure everything is a smooth process. She is an absolute gem and we highly recommend her for all your real-estate needs.

Katie is simply the best when it comes to buying and selling. She helped us buy this house 3 years ago as first time buyers and then helped us navigate a tricky off market sale of the property now. She also represented us in the purchase of our new place and worked with my parents when they sold their house. We love her and appreciate all of her hard work. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure we had the latest updates and felt informed and comfortable with everything going on. Her cheerful and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again in the future.

My husband and I went into this with little to no experience, it was our first time buying a house and had NO idea what to expect. Thankfully, Katie made it extremely easy she gave us the best advice and let us know what to expect. She was extremely patient with me, I think we saw like 15 houses before I finally found the one. I’m so glad we picked Katie as our realtor and we now recommend her to anyone that asks for one or needs a recommendation on a realtor. She was a 10/10!
