Katie Starmer-Franck is amazing. She helped my daughter and friend purchase their first home in the Chico area. They were inexperienced but she helped educated and guide them to their perfect first home. She helped us stage our house to attract buyers and had our house in escrow on the first open house. She helped us navigate purchasing a hope that was right for our family and our needs. She always made herself available even on short notice to show us just one more house that we HAD to see.
