Hi, I’m Katie and I’m fully immersed in the “Lake Life” here in between the big Finger Lakes - on and off the water. I’m also slightly obsessed with helping others get to their version of this lifestyle. We have so much to see, do, eat and drink here… And, our balanced vibe lets you just relax and replenish. I love sharing our travels and land experiments on my blog and social media. It’s a lot of fun to look back and see how far our adventures have taken us. Spending over a decade in the financial services space, burnout led me to a complete career change in my early 30s that directly linked me to investing by way of commercial leasing and start up formation. Eventually, with the arrival of our latest family member I was forced to slow down and left the employee space to dive fully into the stay-at-home-mom vibe. About a year later, real estate sales found me and the rest is history in the making! I service most of the counties surrounding Cayuga, Seneca & Keuka Lakes with special knowledge in waterfront, luxury and second home properties.
