Katie has so much knowledge about the selling of homes. She has kept up to date with the social technology that is now available for realtors to share with their clients, such as sites that show how many looks your property has received on realty websites, without overdoing it she keeps the property in front of prospective buyers and communicating with my husband and I. She is serious about what she does but is very upbeat knowing she will sell my house. She did to a couple that loved it, which was important to me because I loved the house. She's the best!
