Katie has been the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I currently live out of state and I had to sell a home that I still owned. She was super responsive to any and all inquiries that I had and helped in the coordination of all of the work that needed to happen to prep the home for sale. On top of all of the already great work done to get our home listed a storm rolled through our city which meant even more work needed to be done to get the house ready again for sale. I highly recommend her and if I was to move back to the area she would be the first person I would call.
