Katie was a pleasure to work with. Not only is she very easy to work with, but her experience shows. She quickly got a sense of the types of homes we were tending to like more than others and was able to recommend a home she found just outside of the area we were initially looking in that fit us perfectly. Katie's experience really shined when there were some unexpected findings in the home inspection. She guided us through that negation process with confidence.
