Where do I start? Katie was amazing to work with. Very clear and great communication. We had a pretty tough transaction and I always felt like she had our best interest during the entire thing. We saw quite a few homes together that were out of her way but never felt like a burden. This market is hot and fast which is scary as a first time homebuyer but she made us feel confident and calm. She was sure to educate us but not make us feel dumb for not knowing or asking questions. I could not recommend her enough whether it be a first time purchase, or second, she knows what she is doing and what to expect. I'd say she has her finger on the pulse and absolutely has your back.
