Katie was kind, knowledgeable and just plain amazing. We felt like we were her only client even though we knew she had 4 other houses on the market in our neighborhood. She helped us sell one house buy another and three years later sell again. The only reason we didn't use her again was we moved to another state. She helped us get $26000 over asking price on our last home. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor.
