I cannot give a high enough score! We moved to the area from Colorado with never have even visited Phoenix before and Katie was able to find us our dream home in a beautiful area! If it wasn't for her this move would have been horrible. She fought for us on multiple occasions and was able to get us incentives that I didn't know were options. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone.
