Katie is an excellent realtor. As a first-time buyer, she was extremely patient with us, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through every bit of the process and was willing to show us any home we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for and what to be cautious of in every home we walked in to. We visited town for a few days and looked at homes during that time, but didn't find any that struck our interest. A day after moving into Lincoln, she lined up a showing for us on a house we absolutely loved. We weren't sure at first because this was the first home we'd seen since moving into town, but we decided to put in an offer and she helped us along in every step of the process. Even after we put in our offer, we still wanted to shop around just to be sure, and she was willing to take us on more showings. After a few other homes we realized we made the right choice for us. She helped us negotiate and get a quick closing. We've been in our new home for a little over 2 months and absolutely love it!
