She had great contacts who were super reasonably priced and did great work on a few things I wanted to touch up before listing. She definitely listened to me and what’s better is that she was good about email/text communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info she was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Katie guided me through the process.
