I highly recommend working with Katie Oakes for your real estate needs. She was incredibly responsive in helping us find our home. She was willing to meet up with us any day of the week and any time, which really helped since we do not have very flexible schedules. She made it very easy and walked us through the home-buying process, which can be confusing and overwhelming. She also is honest and patient, it is all about your time line and she will tell you her concerns about a house rather trying to get you to buy quickly. You will be in very good hands working with Katie!
