Katie was a lifesaver!! My house was listed for 6 months in a down market with another agent. I was beginning to loose hope and thought we would be stuck in our home another year! When we decided to go with Katie, she went above and beyond for us compared to our other agent! She was professional but caring to our situation. We had more showings in the first 2 weeks then we had in months! And with in 6 weeks our house was under contract..and we were able to walk away ahead, which I did not think was possible! I have referred her with total confidence to my family and friends and coworkers!
