Katie helped the reviewer buy this property

Katie is a responsive, experienced, and thoughtful real estate professional.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with Katie Myers while purchasing our new investment property in Black Mountain, NC. From the beginning, Katie and and her associate Monica were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right property. They guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and were always willing to go the extra mile. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and the way they looked out for our best interests throughout the transaction. We closed on September 30, 2026, and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in western NC. She and Monica make a great team, and we are grateful for all their hard work in helping us make this purchase happen. Five stars without hesitation! Joe
