Hey there! I’m Katie McCowen, a real estate agent with RE/MAX 24/7 Real Estate, a third-generation REALTOR®, and someone who believes you should feel comfortable asking your agent every question on your mind. With more than 11 years of experience, I’ve seen how much the right guidance can make a difference. I got into real estate because I saw firsthand how life-changing homeownership can be. Today, I love helping people take that step, especially those who weren’t sure buying a home was possible for them. I call Neenah home and work with buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Moving here has been one of the best decisions of my life, and sharing this area has become a big part of what I do. From quaint downtowns and local coffee shops to hiking trails and places worth taking the scenic route for, I’m always finding something new to share.
