My partner and I where looking for a home near our work. We where very specific about the location and the type of home we wanted. Katie delivered . We got our home within 3 weeks of looking. Not only did she negotiate our deal but got us our refrigerator and stove . When inspection came back, we discovered some findings, she negotiated all things to be fix before closing. Thanks to her our home was fumigated, and the ventilation system in both restrooms where fixed. It was move in ready. When negotiating she sent us a list of homes sold in our area so we wouldn’t over pay. Shes even sent pictures of what the home looked like before the previous owners renovated. Shes very detail and very professional in her work. Thanks to her we got our first home on our first try . I highly recommend her .
Buying my first home with my fiancé was a bit intimidating. But Katie did a wonderful job guiding us through the process and was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns.
