We wanted to buy a fixer upper and couldn't find anything online. She found this home before anyone else and helped us put in an offer... there were eventually more offers that came in causing a bidding war and Katie knew exactly what to do to negotiate us the best deal and beat out the other offers without going over our budget!!!!
