From the outset, Katie jumped in and immediately started finding houses that she thought we would like and would fit our needs. We saw so many houses in person, and she really listened to what we loved and didn’t love about each one. Ultimately, because of her persistence and attention to detail, Katie found us our perfect first home. It was one we hadn’t seen and probably would have looked right past. Katie saw the potential, went to view it for us as we lived out of state, and totally helped us see ourselves in the space. Now, we’ve got a home that checks every box and is perfect for our growing family. Thanks to Katie, we are home.
